Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions which apply to the provision of my professional services. By making an appointment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you are unable or unwilling to agree to these terms and conditions, you cannot book an appointment or continue with your course of therapy.
-
Initial Consultation Call
During the Consultation Call prior to an RTT Session no therapy will be provided. Its purpose is to learn about your issue and answer any initial questions you may have. Estimates of the number of sessions required are only rough guidelines based on the information shared at that time, and are subject to change.
-
Booking & Payment
When you book a Consultation Call or an RTT Session you will be asked to pay in full. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been made. Payments can be made online by credit or debit card using the provided links.
-
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
Once payment has been received there is not option for a refund. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible — notification by email or phone at least 48 hours before your session. You may reschedule once if you give notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of your call or session, after that, no rescheduling or refund is possible. Missing a call or session does not qualify for a refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 hours of a session, after a session has already happened, or for discount packages once therapy has started. Session fees are for the Therapist's time and professional services, not a guarantee of outcome.Current fees are always shown on the website or social media and are subject to review. Payment is accepted online via Stripe or the provider linked on the website; bank transfers are only possible with prior written confirmation.
-
Contact Between Sessions
Contact between sessions is by WhatsApp or email. Response times vary but you can expect a reply within 24 hours on working days (Monday - Saturday). Sunday and any bank holidays are non-working days.
-
Medical or Psychological Conditions
You agree to inform the Therapist of any relevant medical history or changes during your therapy. If you are under the care of a medical or mental health professional, you may be asked to seek their permission before sessions begin. Sessions cannot be offered if you suffer from epilepsy or any form of psychosis — all physical or mental health conditions must be disclosed in the Intake Form before your Consultation Call.
-
Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to book a session, and must truthfully indicate your age.
-
Attending Your Sessions
Please be available at your session's start time; let the Therapist know as soon as possible if running late. The Therapist reserves the right to cancel a call or session if you are more than 10 minutes late, with no refund issued.
-
Hypnotherapy Recordings
Recordings must not be played while driving, operating machinery, or during any activity requiring concentration. Recordings are for your personal use only and must not be shared, lent, copied or sold.
-
Outcome of Sessions
Working on your presenting issue(s) in no way implies or guarantees resolution. No outcome can or will be guaranteed — the Therapist will always use her best efforts and skills toward your goals.
-
Standards of Behaviour
You will be treated with respect at all times, and are expected to do the same — not to harm yourself, the Therapist, or anyone else, or attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs (except doctor-prescribed medication). Sessions may be cancelled or ended, without refund, in cases of violent, aggressive, offensive or abusive behaviour.
-
Confidentiality
All sessions, calls and emails are confidential and may be recorded with your agreement beforehand. Confidentiality may only be broken:
-
where you give permission,

where compelled by a court of law,
-
where there is possible harm to yourself or others, cases of fraud or crime, or when a minor is involved, or
-
where a referring healthcare professional requires a report (available to you on request).
-
Liability & Indemnity
The Therapist is not liable for any damages arising from advice or information provided during sessions. You agree to indemnify and hold the Therapist harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your participation in the services.
-

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico (Baja California Sur), and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mexican courts. These terms may be revised without notice — please check for updates if returning after a long absence.
-
Data Protection
Your personal data is collected, processed and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By booking an appointment, you accept this policy — please check the website periodically for changes.
