What is RTT and how does it work?
RTT literally opens a new door for you. You can rewire your mind and RTT helps you do that. But you have to take the first step.
No need to be the victim of events that happened to you in the past. RTT is a stand-alone therapy based on Neuroscience, and it uses hypnotherapy as one of its tools. It’s a hybrid therapy developed by Marisa Peer (London, UK, Los Angeles CA).
RTT embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients.
RTT uses a particular set of techniques during hypnosis which provide a deep insight into the root cause of a client’s issue. During hypnosis we can talk to the subconscious mind to find the answers, that you cannot find just using your rational mind.
RTT is based on the mind’s capacity to change old beliefs and imprints (neuro-plasticity). Our beliefs often stem from childhood experiences and they still run our minds today. They had a purpose back then and they might have helped us in the past but in our present lives these beliefs can be harmful to us. They can stop us from living our lives to the fullest.
